1. What is P2P Call?
P2P Call is a lightweight app for private, direct peer-to-peer video and audio calls. It’s designed for speed, privacy, and simplicity — no accounts required.
2. How does P2P Call work?
Just share your Call ID or link. When the other person enters it, you’re connected directly. The app tries to keep media peer-to-peer whenever possible. If the network is restricted, it will fall back to a secure relay.
3. Do I need an account?
No. You can make and receive calls without creating an account.
4. How do I start a call?
Open the app → tap Start Call → share your Call ID or link.
Your partner opens the app → taps Join → enters the ID or link.
5. How do I receive calls?
When someone enters your Call ID, you’ll see an incoming call banner. Tap Accept to connect.
6. What permissions are required?
P2P Call only needs access to your camera and microphone for calls.
7. Are calls private?
Yes. Calls are direct peer-to-peer whenever possible. We don’t store or record your calls. When relays are used (for restricted networks), media is still encrypted end-to-end.
8. What if my call doesn’t connect?
Make sure both devices are online.
Check that you entered the Call ID correctly.
If you’re behind a strict firewall, the app will use a relay server automatically.
9. Does P2P Call use my data?
Only minimal diagnostic information (like crash reports) is collected to improve reliability. We never track, store, or share your calls.
10. Is P2P Call free?
Yes. All core features are free.
