Task

The objective of this project was to develop a comprehensive courier management service that enables users to effectively monitor and control courier operations. This service is designed to provide real-time visibility into courier routes, allowing users to track their movements on a digital map while recording the duration of their travel.

Solution

The resulting service not only offers robust tracking capabilities for couriers on the map but also incorporates advanced route optimization features to ensure the most efficient delivery paths are taken. Users can create and adjust routes dynamically based on various factors such as traffic conditions, delivery priorities, and time constraints, enhancing operational efficiency.

Furthermore, the service includes a detailed order history feature, enabling users to review past deliveries and assess performance metrics over time. This functionality supports better decision-making and helps identify areas for improvement in the courier process.

To enhance accountability and provide additional insights, the service also allows users to receive photo and video reports for each delivery. These multimedia reports serve as verification of successful deliveries and provide visual documentation of the courier's activities, fostering trust between the service provider and the customers.
